For me the most interesting are the companies Gazprom and Lukoil, as they are the largest and most successful companies of our country as well as play a role in the world. Thus, for example company Gazprom is the world leader in the industry. This company owns the largest gazotranportnoy system. The strategy of "Gazprom" is based on the following operating principles:Efficiency-core activities;-The creation of high-quality products;-The development of new technologies;-Minimizing negative anthropogenic impact on the environment.LUKOIL second after "Gazprom" in terms of sales company in Russia. Prior to 2007 was the largest in terms of oil production company in Russia. Lukoil was the first private oil company in Russia.The two companies also contribute to the country's economic growth and improve social policy. Enterprises are fairly high level of social pressures, especially in oil-producing regions. This example, the creation of new jobs, charity, sponsorship, etc.They are trying to attract new jobs and young professionals. So in Lukoil 25% of employees are professionals and 30 years.
